1. Delivery of goods is limited to all European Union countries and is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

2. The Customer may choose the following delivery methods for the ordered goods:

• via courier,
• delivered to a parcel locker,
• collection in person at the Seller's personal collection point

3. The Seller informs the Customer in the product description on the Store's website about the number of business days required for order processing and delivery, as well as the delivery fees.

4. The delivery and order processing time is calculated in business days in accordance with Section VII, item 2.

5. Goods are shipped immediately after the order is placed from our warehouses located in Poland, Italy, and Germany.

6. For shipments from foreign warehouses, the delivery time is extended to 6-30 business days.

7. The Seller, at the Customer's request, will provide a receipt or VAT invoice for the delivered goods along with the goods.

8. If different delivery periods are provided for the goods covered by the order, the longest of the provided periods shall apply to the entire order.
