Delivery costs and terms on Extremedivers.eu

1. In connection with the performance of the sales contract, the seller is obliged to deliver the items that are the subject of this contract to the address indicated in the order, and the ordering party is obliged to collect these items.

2. The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods immediately after the conclusion of the sales contract, but no later than within 30 days, unless the parties to the sales contract have made another individual agreement in this respect.

3. Delivery dates, readiness for shipment, or other dates displayed in the Store for ordered items are approximate and do not bind the Seller.

4. The Seller fulfills orders in the order they are received.

5. The Seller offers the following delivery methods in the Store:

a) DHL courier delivery

b) DPD courier delivery

c) in-store pickup

6. Before placing an order, the Ordering Party will be informed of the available delivery methods, depending on the nature and value of the items ordered, and their costs.

7. The Ordering Party has the right to inspect the condition of the shipment after it has been delivered to the location indicated in the order and before collecting it from the carrier.

8. We will deliver the goods free of charge for orders over 349.00 Euro. Free delivery does not apply to cash on delivery orders.
