PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES

1.Definitions:

a) Administrator – an entrepreneur operating under the name Extreme Divers Piotr Tokarski and using the REGON number: 061466975 and the NIP number (Tax identification number): 9221110186, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the Minister of Economy, with its registered office at Aleja Kraśnicka 148, 20-718 Lublin and correspondence address at Aleja Kraśnicka 148, 20-718 Lublin, who provides services electronically and stores and gains access to information on Users’ devices via the Website,

b) Website – the website operated by the Administrator at https://www.extremedivers.eu
c) User – an end user or subscriber within the meaning of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 171, item 1800, as amended)

2. In fulfilling the obligations imposed by the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law, the method of storing information or accessing information already stored on the User's end device is indicated below. Through the information contained in this document, the User is informed about:

a) the purpose of storing and accessing this information,
b) the possibility of specifying the conditions for storing or accessing this information using the software settings installed on the telecommunications terminal device used by the User or the configuration of the service.

3. The Website operated by the Administrator uses cookies. "Cookies" should be understood as portions of information stored in text form, sent by the server hosting the Website and saved in the memory of the User's end device.

4. Information collected through cookies is used by the Administrator to provide services provided electronically, as well as for statistical and marketing purposes. This information does not contain personal or confidential data.

- the HTTP request code,

8. Data stored in server log files is anonymous and is not associated with specific persons visiting the Website.
